The 2026 NAJ Awards shortlist celebrates the people, businesses and ideas raising standards across the UK jewellery industry
Taking place on Thursday 8 October at the ICC Birmingham, the awards celebrate achievement across 15 categories, from retail and design to manufacturing, sustainability, workshops and customer service.
This is the fourth consecutive year the awards have received a record number of entries. That matters because it reflects an industry still full of ambition, creativity and businesses determined to improve.
The finalists represent every corner of the trade, from independent retailers and emerging designers to established suppliers, manufacturers and service providers.

The shortlist shows that success in jewellery is about far more than the finished piece.
Categories such as Customer Champion, Unsung Hero and Workshop Employee recognise the people whose knowledge, care and skill shape the customer experience every day. It is a welcome reminder that trust remains one of the industry’s greatest strengths.

Sustainability and digital progress are also firmly part of the conversation.
Finalists including Weston Beamor, Hockley Mint, F Hinds and KGK demonstrate the growing focus on responsible business. Meanwhile, names such as CiviGem, Caether and Gemmology Rocks reflect how technology and better communication are helping the trade connect with modern customers.
The 2026 shortlist also highlights the depth of British jewellery design and manufacturing. Designers including Andrew Geoghegan, Robert Bicknell Fine Jewellery, Lily Gabriella Fine Jewellery and Isabella Day sit alongside the workshops, makers and suppliers that bring ideas to life.
It is a strong picture of an industry where heritage and innovation continue to sit side by side.
