Founder of The Jewels Club, Andrew creates platforms that connect the world of jewellery through community, content and access.
In a sea of polished sentimentality, Kasun London refuses to stay quiet. The brand, founded by Sri Lankan-born designer Kasun Ekanayake, doesn’t trade in convention — it trades in confrontation. In wit, in symbolism, in statements wrapped in precious metal. This is jewellery that speaks up, even when you don’t.
From his early days in Sri Lanka to training in design at the Massey Univertsity, Wellington, New Zealand, Kasun’s path to jewellery wasn’t linear — and that’s exactly the point. Graphic design, product design, jewellery… for Kasun, these are just different languages to express the same thing: truth. And often, that truth has teeth.
Now joined by his wife Ros, he operates from Kas & Ros — a hybrid studio and retail space tucked near Tower Bridge. It’s here that ideas are hammered out in real time. Customers come for jewellery, but stay for the insight, the honesty, the quiet rebellion humming beneath the gold.

Tucked along Tower Bridge Road in South London, Kas & Ros is more than a shop — it’s a dialogue between two designer-makers at work. Conceived by Kasun Ekanayake (Kasun London) and Ros Millar, the space reflects their distinct strengths: one rooted in digital CAD-led design, the other in traditional bench-mastery.
The store combines display and workshop under a single roof. One half showcases ready-to-wear pieces and bespoke consultations, while behind the scenes, both designers are crafting new work—Kasun on screen, Ros at the bench — delivering an intimate, transparent retail experience.
A warm, boutique-fronted interior that invites browsing and conversation.
A hidden covered garden at the rear — used for candlelit wreath-making, jewellery workshops, and seasonal gatherings — creating a secret event space that feels both cozy and creative.
Meet-the-designer visits are central to the experience: drop into the store and you might catch Kasun sketching or Ros soldering a piece in real time.
Their joint classes and events — like botanical workshops and silver‑ring sessions — encourage hands-on discovery in a relaxed, communal atmosphere.
Customer reviews consistently praise the store’s authenticity and craftsmanship, with an impressive 4.9‑star rating and comments like:
“Wow – unique, interesting great craftsmanship. Made in house and what a cool store.”

Pepper at Kas & Ros
Kasun London doesn’t just make jewellery. It makes conversation starters, soul-searchers, and statement pieces that walk the line between humour and honesty, darkness and delight. These are designs that wear their meaning out loud.
Across the years, a handful of Kasun’s collections have become modern icons — and favourites here at The Jewels Club. Below, we revisit five standout series that have stayed sharp, strange, and significant.
Time, laughter and the beauty in your cracks.
In Smile! It’s Your Birthday, joy comes with an edge — and a grin. Birthstones set into playful smiles mark the moment in time that is uniquely yours. But beneath the celebration is something more profound.
Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi — repairing broken objects with golden seams — these pendants remind us that nothing has to stay broken. The cracks we carry can be what make us most beautiful. Rebuilt. Resilient. Still smiling.
Temptation, myth, and the sweetness of rebellion.
This gothic-leaning collection dives into indulgence and the eternal tale of temptation — the serpent, the fruit, the fall. It’s storytelling through jewellery, laced with symbolism and seduction.
Handcrafted pieces echo the Garden of Eden with golden apples and sinuous forms that hint at pleasure and consequence. Tale of Forbidden Fruits isn’t just about sin — it’s about the power of choice, and the beauty of giving in.
Crooked teeth, sharp truth — and no apologies.
Forget flawless. Some Mouth on You is a love letter to imperfect beauty. Jagged teeth and exaggerated forms make a point — that real strength lies in what doesn’t conform.
This collection critiques the false value systems we measure ourselves against, offering instead a wry, unapologetic grin. Because beauty isn’t in perfection. It’s in the bite, the boldness, and the refusal to stay quiet.
SOME MOUTH ON YOU ‘Ugly beauty in our daily life’
Faith, fangs, and the glamour of the undead.
Drawing from vampire mythology and the idea that the supernatural lives among us, God Loves Fangs blends gothic fantasy with fine design. Think 18ct gold vermeil, cut onyx, and talismans that toe the line between predator and protector.
Whether it’s a fang-shaped ring or a formal accessory with just enough shadow, this collection seduces with symbolism and elevates the eerie with elegance.
The quiet noise inside your head, made gold.
This introspective collection gives shape to the constant inner dialogue — anxious thoughts, critical voices, the spiralling hum of overthinking. Here, sculpted hands wrap around fingers in gestures of comfort, silence, or restraint.
Touch No Evil doesn’t offer easy answers. Instead, it reflects the emotional noise we live with and invites us to honour it — as part of us, not a flaw to fix.
Kasun London - Touch No Evil Collection
Kasun London has never just been another brand to admire from afar — it’s one we’ve worn, supported, and loved for years. I’ve bought many pieces over time, each one as meaningful and thought-provoking as the last. And I’ll continue to do so.
Because this is jewellery that doesn’t follow trends — it shapes identity. It speaks when you can’t. It bites when needed. And it reminds us that beauty can be loud, raw, emotional… and unforgettable.
