A fter over a decade in jewellery design and production, Georgina Ainslie launched her eponymous brand, Georgina Yvonne, in 2023. Drawing on experience dating back to 2012, she brings a distinctive design language that is sculptural, emotionally resonant, and grounded in hand-sketching and wax-carving techniques.
Every piece is created in small runs or to order using traditional lost-wax casting, offering clients a tactile, artful experience that merges story and form.
Despite being a relatively new label, Georgina Yvonne has already caught the eye of the trade. She was shortlisted for both Emerging Brand and Emerging Jewellery Designer at the 2024 UK Jewellery Awards, and won Emerging Brand of the Year at the Professional Jeweller Awards.
Her debut Wonderland Collection set the tone for the brand—bold, organic, and unmistakably narrative-driven.

Georgina’s work draws heavily on the natural world—birds, ivy, forest textures—reimagined in precious metals. Every piece is designed in London and crafted in Hatton Garden or a Surrey-based workshop.
She works exclusively in 18ct gold and platinum, sourcing diamonds and gemstones either lab-grown with IGI certification or natural with GIA certification. Her production process is kept local to reduce waste, ensure quality and maintain transparency.

The Wonderland collection captures Georgina’s signature aesthetic—sculptural and organic, with rich textures and deep-coloured stones.
She also offers a selection of ready-to-wear and made-to-order engagement rings, including standout designs such as Ivy, Daisy and Enchanted Forest, priced from £1,400 upwards.

Bespoke commissions follow a personalised design journey — from initial consultation through to gemstone sourcing, CAD renders and hand production. Consultations are offered without deposit, with a focus on collaboration and storytelling.
Additional Services
Georgina also offers corporate gifting, custom engraving, and freelance support to other brands, providing professional design and production guidance.
Every piece is made with intention — using responsibly sourced metals, certified stones, and ethical packaging. The brand offers lifetime warranties, resizing options, and Klarna payment plans. A 30-day return policy provides further peace of mind.
