Since its founding in Milan in 1967, Pomellato has built its reputation on doing things differently. Bold colour, sculptural gold and an unmistakably contemporary spirit have defined the Maison for almost six decades.

Now, Pomellato has introduced Stile Libero, a new High Jewellery collection that celebrates creative freedom through 65 one-of-a-kind jewellery and watch creations. Rooted in Milanese culture and inspired by the artistic energy of the 1960s and 1970s, the collection combines vibrant gemstones, innovative goldsmithing and exceptional craftsmanship.

Three Chapters, One Creative Vision

Rather than following a single aesthetic, Stile Libero is divided into three distinct chapters, each highlighting a different aspect of Pomellato’s design language.

Visionary Colours explores the Maison’s celebrated use of coloured gemstones. Tourmalines, sapphires, spinels, garnets, tsavorites and diamonds are brought together in bold combinations, creating jewels that showcase both technical expertise and a confident use of colour.

Magnetic Gold focuses on one of Pomellato’s signatures: sculptural gold. The chapter revisits the Maison’s iconic chains through fluid necklaces, bold rings and contemporary interpretations of classic links, elevated with carefully selected diamonds.

The final chapter, Hypnotic Shadows, demonstrates the technical precision behind intricate openwork designs. Hand-pierced gold creates jewellery that appears remarkably light while maintaining the sculptural volumes for which Pomellato has become known.

An Expression Of Milan

Stile Libero translates as “free style”, a fitting name for a collection inspired by the creative culture that shaped Milan during the late 1960s.

Creative Director Vincenzo Castaldo draws on that spirit of experimentation, combining unexpected gemstone pairings, architectural forms and traditional Italian goldsmithing techniques to create jewels that feel expressive rather than conventional.

While every piece is technically accomplished, the collection avoids feeling overly formal. Instead, it reflects the relaxed confidence that has long distinguished Pomellato from more traditional High Jewellery maisons.

A Showcase Of Pomellato’s Craftsmanship

Although colour immediately captures the eye, Stile Libero also highlights the expertise behind each creation.

From complex hand-pierced goldwork to sophisticated gemstone setting and fluid chain construction, the collection demonstrates the level of craftsmanship required to balance artistic freedom with technical precision. Every jewel has been created as a one-of-a-kind piece, reinforcing the exclusivity of the collection.

The Jewels Club Take

High Jewellery continues to evolve beyond tradition, with today’s collections placing greater emphasis on personality and self-expression alongside exceptional craftsmanship.

Stile Libero perfectly reflects that shift. Rather than relying solely on rarity or scale, Pomellato uses colour, movement and design to create pieces that feel modern, wearable and unmistakably individual. It is a collection that remains true to the Maison’s Milanese identity while demonstrating why creative freedom continues to define its approach to High Jewellery.
